Pauline's Story

« Pauline is my beloved daughter and I wanted to create for her a range of precious chocolates because she is precious to me!

Her chocolates are exactly like her: modern, smart, natural, concerned about environment and health, looking for the simple pleasures and great taste.

I am dedicated to produce onmy premium chocolates so I carefully select the raw material I use every day. Les Chocolats de Pauline are made by hand in small batches following original recipes: with pure cocoa butter, without lecithin and without added vegetable fats.

My aim is to offer you, all the chocoholics, a sweet escape, an amazing taste experience.

Organic chocolatier since 2005 and, above all, grandson of organic farmers, it's all my personal inheritance, my savoir-faire and my energy that I invest in these exceptional chocolates. »
